Materials:

Tube, Tiiu Kuik03_RozenMaiden_misted

Plugin, dsbflux – bright noise

Bling

Font, BixAntiqueScriptHmk

Brush, hbg2003_lines 001

 

 You can download the materials here

 

Make a folder called bling’s and put the bling in there.

Put the dsbflux-filter in your plugin/filter-folder.

(If you already have open psp when you install the filter, you have to close psp and reopen it.)

Put the tube in your tube-folder.

Put the brush into your brush-folder

You don’t have to install the font, just double click to open, and it will show on the font list in psp.

 

..ok, here we go..

 

 

Open new file, 650x450 pixels

flood fill with gradient of choice

Add a new layer

 

selection tool – make a square in left side, like this:

Choose effects – artistic – enamel with this settings:

 

Go to Image – mirror

 

Effects – 3D Effects - Inner bevel with this settings:

 

Then add a drop shadow (Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow) with this settings:

 

Deselect (ctrl D)

 

Activate the background layer and go to texture effects – blinds, width 5, opacity 50, horizontal ticked, light colour from the gradient

 

New layer, add tube – resize to 80 % and drag to a place where it look nice.

Set blend mode to luminance (legacy) and opacity to 50.

Merge visible

New layer

Add the brush – hbg2003_lines 001

Duplicate layer –  flip and mirror.. place it down in the right bottom corner

Close the merged layer and merge visible

Duplicate twice

Open background layer again

Add text – colour light green

Add drop shadow – vertical -4, horizontal 4, opacity 40, blur 10, choose a dark colour.

Close the brush-layers and merge background layer and text.

Activate the first brush-layer, and go to effects – plugins – dsb flux – bright noise

 

 

Set value to 30 and choose ‘mix’ direction.

Activate the second brush-layer and repeat the dsbflux plugin, but set the value to 40.

Activate the third brush-layer and repeat the dsbflux plugin, but set the value to 50.

 

Close the second and third brush-layer, go to background layer, right click and choose

copy merged.

Open animation shop and paste (ctrl V)

Back to psp, close the first brush-layer and open the second one.

Copy merged (make sure the background layer is activated)

go to animation shop and hit Ctrl+shift+L

(or edit- paste - paste after current frame)

Back to psp, close the second brush-layer and open the third one. Copy merged, go to animation shop and hit Ctrl+Shift+L again.

 

In animation shop, edit – select all

Edit – copy – edit – paste after current frame

Do this several times so you have totally 21 frames

(because the bling has 21 frames, and it has to be equal number

of frames to make it run correctly)

 

Open the bling in animation shop – delete the first (black) frame

Edit - select all

Then edit - copy

 

Activate the tag, make sure all frames are selected and go to edit - paste into selected frames.

Now, click on the ‘View Animation’ button 

and save by going to File – Save as.
