Unpack the filters and install them.
Put the mask in your mask folder and the tube in your tube folder.

1. Set foreground colour to #cbcbcd and background to #9291a3.
2. Make gradient like this:
3. Create a new image 500 x 500 pixels and flood fill with the gradient
4. Copy and paste the tube
5. Image - resize - 105 %, move to right side
6. Set blend mode to soft light.
7. Duplicate the tube layer
8. Create a new raster layer and flood fill with #9291a3
9. Layers Load/save mask Load mask from disk - __a-wave-seamless-bc
10. Merge group and set blend mode to multiply opacity 65.
11. Merge visible
12. Create a new raster layer
Use selection tool set to rectangle and make a selection like the screenshot:
Feather should be set to 0.
13. Flood fill with colour #504458. Deselect.
14. With the sidebar layer active, choose Effects - Flaming Pear Ornament
15. Duplicate layer resize 150 %
16. Arrange Move down and set opacity to 67.
17. Image add borders 2 pixels colour #504458
18. Image Add borders Symmetric checked colour #a7a6b2, 40 pixels
19. Image add borders 2 pixels colour #504458
20. Activate magic wand and use settings like below.
21. Set foreground colour to #cbcbcd and background colour to #504458. Make a gradient with same settings as step 2.
Click on the light border, make new raster layer and flood fill with the gradient.
22. Effects Filters Unlimited Tile & Mirror Mirrored & Scaled:
23. Effects - Drop Shadow settings like screenshot:
24. Repeat drop shadow, but set vertical to 3 and horizontal to -3.
25. Deselect and merge visible.
26. Select text tool, Font colour #c1c0c3, font Rosebud Sweet, settings like screenshot:
Write Liberty. Drag the text a bit. See example. Convert to raster layer.
27. Effects Drop Shadow, horizontal 1, vertical 1, Opacity 100, Blur 1, colour black.
28. Merge visible.
29. Text tool font colour #c1c0c3 font Ephesis, settings like screenshot:
Type Enlightening the world, convert to raster layer and move to upper right corner.
30. Create a new raster and add your watermark
31. Merge visible and save as jpg.
